Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using HellCraft (“the Service”) at hellcraft.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. HellCraft is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.

2. The Service

HellCraft provides Diablo IV build optimization, gear scoring, and season tracking tools. The Service is provided “as is” and is a fan-made tool. Game data is community-sourced and updated each season but may not always reflect the latest game patches.

3. Accounts

  • You must be 13 or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free and Pro plans

HellCraft offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier at $7.99/month. Free tier features are available indefinitely. Pro features are available while your subscription is active.

  • Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written consent.
  • Upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, or violates third-party rights.

6. User content

Builds you save and share remain yours. By making a build public, you grant HellCraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Service. You may delete your public builds at any time.

7. Intellectual property

Diablo IV, all associated game assets, class names, and lore are property of Blizzard Entertainment. HellCraft is a fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. All original HellCraft content — code, UI design, and written content — is owned by HellCraft.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT BUILD RECOMMENDATIONS WILL RESULT IN ANY PARTICULAR IN-GAME OUTCOME. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELLCRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to paid subscribers. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide a pro-rated refund for unused prepaid periods.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where HellCraft's operator resides, or through binding arbitration if both parties agree.
