Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

HellCraft (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Diablo IV build optimizer and gear scoring tool available at hellcraft.io. HellCraft is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and a password hash when you register.
• Usage data: gear scores submitted, builds saved, and pages visited — used to improve the service.
• Payment data: when you subscribe to Pro, Stripe processes your payment. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — never your card number.
• Email subscribers: if you enter your email on the landing page we store it to send you the builds guide and seasonal update emails.

3. How we use your information

• To operate your account and enforce plan limits (free vs. Pro).
• To send transactional emails (welcome, payment receipts, password reset).
• To send seasonal content emails you opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
• To detect abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-party services

We use the following services which may receive your data as part of their normal operation:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Privacy Policy
• Stripe — payment processing. Privacy Policy
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Privacy Policy
• Vercel — hosting and CDN. Privacy Policy

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for 7 years).

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@hellcraft.io.

8. Children

HellCraft is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
